We had taken a fair amount of time to do research on the different roofers in the area, and of the few that we narrowed our list to, Biniek was the clear choice. We were very impressed from the very beginning of the process. Paul took the time out of his very busy day to come out and talk things over, not making us feel pressured or rushed at all. He took the time to explain options, give his ideas, and then be open to hearing our ideas, too. Through the first visit and multiple phone calls later, we felt confident that Biniek was our best option. Prices seemed similar to other companies. The quote was very clear and detailed, too. We had some challenging weather patterns to deal with which pushed back some of the work to be done, but they made good progress any day they came out. The porch and roof project turned out better than we thought it could, and it made such an immediate difference and upgrade to the look of our home. We returned from vacation to discover a hole in our roof top. We called Paul at Biniek Specialty Contractors, and he came the next day to repair our roof before the rain that was forecast later in the week. We appreciated his promptness with solving our issue. There were a few other items that Paul also fixed, and I appreciated that he explained exactly what he was doing and that he took the time to make the repairs that were not part of our initial roof top hole. Biniek Specialty Contractors just completed a full roof replacement for me. Wow, I am so glad I found them. Paul did the most thorough inspection of the roof and included photos that showed the condition of the entire roof and its components. He explained every detail of the estimate, warranty options and the process, in great detail, and answered all of my questions to my complete understanding. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process; he was never hard to get in touch with. Shawn and the crew are highly skilled craftsman who worked hard together like a well oiled machine. They were punctual, respectful and had an eye for detail. And my property was cleaner after they left than it was before they arrived. As a side note, my brother in law is a roofing contractor from out of state with 40 years of experience. He guided me throughout the process, compared the estimates I received. They were happy to speak to him about an issue they found. He agreed totally with the solution they suggested. He was impressed with their eye for detail and was as pleased as I was with the entire job. I highly recommend Biniek, they truly exceeded my expectations at a fair competitive price. Replacing a roof can be an overwhelming experience so finding a reputable, trustworthy company is critical. I assure you, you will not be disappointed.

Paul is a pleasant guy and easy to work with. He answers all your questions thoughtfully and never puts any pressure on you. The roofers did great work. They were fast, professional and courteous, and take pride in their work. The roof looks fantastic! They left the property cleaner than they found it. They even put the Christmas lights back up!

I had some concerns about my roof and gutters. I reached out and talked to Paul, the owner. He was very professional and was at my house a few days later to inspect my roof. He listened to my concerns prior to the inspection. After inspection, he took the time to explained what he had found, answer all of my questions and discuss what would be the best course of action. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, patient and customer focused. There was no pressure to make a sale but he made sure I had all the information I needed to make an educated decision. While he was on the roof, he did find a few minor items such as nails that were pulling out and a large hole on one of the vent boots. Paul resolved these issues during the inspection. The entire experience was great. My roof will most likely need to be replaced in the next 5 year and I will be reaching out to Paul and his company to do the replacement. I have no problem recommending Biniek Specialty Contractors to anyone who needs work done on their roof or gutters.

Biniek did a wonderful job on my project. The new metal roof and gutters they installed on my historic home look fantastic. It was a challenging project as I have no off street parking area and only a small courtyard at the side of the house and they managed well and left it cleaner than it was when they started!

We recently used Biniek Specialty Contractors LLC for our new roof project. Paul Biniek was helpful as I explained my roof leak situation. After we agreed we would need to change the roof, Paul set up a time and date to begin the work. Sean, Reuben and the entire crew were very diligent in tearing off the old roof, waterproofed the decking area, and put on the new shingles. They were great in explaining everything they were doing, and even showed me the rotted area where my roof leak originated. Paul Biniek and his workmen did a superb job with our shingle roof replacement and work on our chimney, which included repointing and the installation of a new concrete cap. We also had siding installed on the gable ends. The workers were all courteous and clearly took pride in their work. I wholeheartedly recommend Biniek Specialty Contractors!
